Since 2008, Washington Gas has retained SRB as a niche agency to reach general market and multicultural audiences in ongoing paid media campaigns and events, highlighting the utility company’s programs and initiatives.

A recent campaign SRB was tasked to lead focused on rebranding one of several customer service centers for the utility. The goal of the Customer Innovation Center was to become an interactive space aligned with the future visions of how the utility would work towards becoming a better advocate and partner for its customers. Prior to its opening and relocation to the National Press Club building, SRB was tasked with reimagining the Center to become a walk-in location built on transforming the customer experience. The opening event was a success with attendance from invited media, community and political leaders and customers.
