Since 2008, Washington Gas, WGL Holdings, Inc., has retained SRB as a marketing agency to reach general market audiences in ongoing customer awareness and paid media campaigns. Washington Gas is a regulated public utility serving nearly 1.1 million residential and commercial customers in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
For the Customer Innovation Center PR and media outreach campaign, SRB was tasked o inform District residents about the opening its newest interactive location. The SRB team crafted messaging and designed creative that intentionally aligned with the future visions of how the utility would work towards becoming a better advocate and partner for its customers. Prior to its opening and relocation in the National Press Club building, SRB was tasked with reimagining the Center to become a walk-in location built on transforming the customer experience. The opening event was a success with attendance from invited media, community and political leaders and customers.
