After its separation from Exelon, Constellation executives began to build out a business diversity program worthy of a Fortune 500 Company and industry leader.

Business diversity strengthens corporate leaders’ commitment to mentor, promote and engage small business owners to achieve parity in contracting opportunities and also impact economic advancement in their companies and communities they live in. 

Our preliminary approach and recommendations to produce an action plan with measurable tactics is based on inclusion practices and economic opportunity for underrepresented people doing business with Constellation. Our work began with market research in the summer of 2023 followed by a communications and content audit and development of a communications plan in early 2024. This strategic direction is intended to improve internal and external communications related to business diversity at Constellation.
