Digital Marketing Campaign

GOAL

Connect Maryland’s underserved communities with licensed mental health professionals at no cost. Additional needs included heavy promotion of Pro Bono’s WARMLine service, a hotline that offers immediate, temporary counseling support to Maryland residents feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, or in general need of someone to talk to.

HIGHLIGHTS

Built an authentic and engaging presence on social media to reach a wider minority audience. SRB also helped Pro Bono gain traction among mental health professionals to utilize WARMLine as s a tool for existing clients

RESULTS

The two-month public education campaign helped increase exposure in front of black and Latino communities and increased calls to WARMLine by 50%.
