MARKETING CHALLENGE

Caesars Entertainment built a new, multi-million-dollar casino in downtown Baltimore, Maryland to become an exciting addition to the many attractions that Baltimore has to offer. Horseshoe Casino Baltimore held a mass hiring event in the spring of 2014 at the Baltimore Convention Center with thousands of attendees, all looking to become part of the Horseshoe Casino family.

SRB Communications was hired to create a fast-paced promotional video, highlighting the excitement of the 2014 recruitment and hiring event to be shown as an online marketing video.

SRB Communications produced, directed, and edited the online marketing video including all graphics creation.

The SRB Communications’ team initially met with the client to discuss the desired look and feel of the video. We then held creative meetings to decide on the approach to achieve the final product. Our production team videotaped the event with the end goal in mind to obtain the best possible footage to achieve that goal.

STRATEGIC SOLUTION

The result of the final edited video was received with tremendous positive feedback from the client. The video was used to recruit candidates for employment with Horseshoe Casino Baltimore.

The entire project was completed from concept to completion within a two-week timeframe.

SRB Communications provided an executive producer, producer/director, two-camera HD video production crew, graphics, audio, lighting, conducted interviews with the top executives in the Caesars Entertainment company and employee candidates, and completed all post-production editing and final delivery of the video in digital and DVD formats to the client.
