Project Manager

Alexandra has five years’ experience in advertising agency operations, launching and leading campaigns and projects successfully, and working across creative, strategy and production teams. In her role as project manager at SRB Communications, Alexandra manages and tracks operational performance of multiple client accounts; ensuring deliverables, timelines/milestones and budgets are aligned with the scope of work and actual campaign and project budgets. She develops and manages ongoing workflow documents and processes, consistently monitors daily activity reporting the internal team, provides for client and agency accounts and works to improve productivity and clearing roadblocks. As part of her ongoing responsibilities, Alexandra directs creative development of graphic, digital and social assets. She is well-versed in editorial and brand guidelines, collecting assets and ensuring brand standards are met. She is deeply organized and passionate about the creative process.

Alexandra brings several years of vendor management to the agency’s media planning and buying work. She works with the account management team to develop and execute media plans for clients; negotiates, manages and places digital, print and broadcast ad placements; assists in researching demographics, media platform statistics, buyer personas and ad platforms to gain client exposure and improve their media and marketing efforts. 

She also has experience as a video producer, writing and editing powerful story-driven content to captivate your audience. Additionally, she facilitates in-person and virtual program events via platforms Qual Comm, StreamYard and Hopin. She manages program dashboards to track metrics and create tactics to expand growth.

Alexandra has an Associate of Arts, Liberal Arts, from Northern Virginia Community College and a Bachelor of Arts, Film & Video Studies, from George Mason University.
