Chanée Holmes is a passionate storyteller and business leader with a more than 10 years’ agency experience in digital and content marketing, creative development, video production and measurement reporting at large advertising agencies in three major markets, Washington, D.C, New York City and New Orleans, Louisiana. Chanée is a visionary and innovative leader with exceptional strategic planning, creative thinking and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to effectively usher clients from the ideation phase through execution, delivering results that express clients' intentions and consistently exceed their expectations

As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at SRB Communications, she serves as the second in command to the CEO, driving a broad range of advertising, marketing and public relations strategies across the agency’s client account roster and helping to proactively serve their needs. In her role, she leads strategic planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and stakeholder engagement and outreach. She manages vital client account relationships to ensure quality, reliability and ROI that drive quantifiable results. Chanée is responsible for creating marketing campaigns in the digital landscape that convey brand message consistency.

Chanée leads a team of account managers, digital specialists, creative wizards and masterful media buyers who create multi-channel advertising and marketing campaigns for some of this nation’s top energy and utilities and higher education brands, public health organizations, to name a few. She also creates and executes the corporate marketing strategy for the agency by directly engaging and managing the SRB team and translating the company’s business objectives into compelling marketing strategies that drive revenue. 

Prior to her promotion to the C-suite, she was the Digital Marketing Account Executive at SRB, leading the strategic and tactical planning and execution to optimize paid multi-channel campaigns across multiple accounts. She led the SEO and SEM strategy across all client and agency campaigns and websites, utilizing metrics to increase organic search volume, developing editorial content calendars and identifying content gaps. 

In her previous account management roles for brands such as the Apollo, Def Jam, HBO, Discovery Communications and Fox Broadcasting Company, Chanée developed trusted relationships with clients and partners and managed multiple accounts with optimal performance. 

Chanée has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Howard University, with a minor in Illustration, Design, and Painting.
