Sheila Brooks, Ph.D.

With more than 40 years’ experience in the media and communications industry,
Dr. Brooks is the lead communications strategist for the agency and is an advocate for minority and women’s issues and small business. As an author, former television newscaster and executive producer, she provides media and communications, community outreach, and multicultural advertising and marketing services and counsel to the agency’s clients in the energy and utilities, education, and transportation industries, and for issue advocacy and political campaigns.
Dr. Brooks teaches a graduate course in multicultural marketing as an adjunct professor on the faculty in the graduate school’s Strategic Public Relations program at The George Washington University.
