Tiara is a communications specialist with a passion for helping brands tell unique, ownable stories in digital spaces. As the digital marketing strategist at SRB Communications, she plays an integral role in the development, management and deployment of digital content, i.e., microsites/landing pages, SEM, display advertising, display remarketing, web personalization, email marketing, social media, and paid media. Tiara manages client accounts and nurtures day-to-day client relationships; develops trusted advisor relationships with key client account managers and customer stakeholders; and pitches fresh and innovative ideas. She uses analytics to provide insight into the performance of both the clients’ and agency’s integrated marketing campaigns, compiling and presenting results using online tools. Previously, Tiara worked as a conference services manager in Austin, Texas and North Carolina, where she developed and executed strategies for digital content and customer development.
